SC 3,LLC is a general building construction and development company whose leadership has over 30 years of hands on construction experience. Currently led by 3rd generation practitioners, SC 3 is a family held business.  The intent of our work is to realign how we understand and relate to the natural environment that sustains us. We hope to reconnect in harmony the human built environment with the story of place and the unique characteristics found in nature so that the land and it’s people can be honored, protected, and their being enhanced.
